Meldrum House Development

In April 2022 full planning permission was granted for the erection of 34 homes on the grounds of Meldrum House Estate.

Our contemporary energy efficient homes are designed to meet each client’s individual requirements, and we will take you through the process of designing your forever home.

This development has a variety of plots on offer within the estate. Some overlook the manicured golf course, others enjoy open countryside views, or you can select secluded plots nestled within Silver Birch trees.

Phase 1
We have a limited number of plots available in phase 1, all of which are accessed from the Balgove Road, via a gated entrance.

Plot 3
An elevated plot with an excellent view overlooking the surrounding countryside.

Plot 4 & 5
This extensive elevated site is overlooking the 13^th green with an excellent view overlooking the surrounding countryside.

Plot 6
These south facing plots, both measuring around 0.5 acre,  feature open views overlooking the 14^th green.

Phase 2
These plots are nestled within a silver birch woodland overlooking the golf course.

Plot 18
An extensive site over 1.5 acres with great views overlooking the pond on the 8^th green as well as views overlooking Meldrum House Hotel.
